Zwischen viertel vor und sechs trudelt die Frühschicht im Laden ein. Einige rauchen noch eine. Wir versammeln uns im Pausenraum. Die Filial- oder Schichtleitung macht ein paar Ansagen und verteilt die Arbeit.
Die Backkräfte bereiten schon vor dem Einstempeln ihre ersten Arbeitsschritte vor, und arbeiten ca. 5 Minuten, weil sie sonst nicht alles vor der Öffnung des Ladens schaffen würden. Das ist illegale Schwarzarbeit. Das passiert in fast jeder Filiale jeden Tag. Aufs Jahr hochgerechnet sind das Millionen, die der Konzern spart.
Dann geht’s los. Einstempeln und ran. Alle holen sich Funkgeräte. Angezogen ist man schon, denn Umziehen gehört nicht zur Arbeitszeit. Diejenigen die an die Tiefkühlware gehen, holen sich den Lieferschein, um zu wissen, was ihre Truhen sind. Eine Truhe soll man in maximal dreißig Minuten weghauen, sodass eine Person bis zur Öffnung des Ladens mindestens zwei Truhen verräumt haben, und am besten auch schon die Zeitungen fertig haben soll. Truhe auf dem Hubwagen, raus aus dem Lager, zu den Tiefkühltruhen.
Nebenjobs und Minijobs. Jeder kennt sie, viele müssen Sie irgendwann in ihrem Leben machen, manche nur übergangsweise, andere länger und manche ihr ganzes Leben lang.
Nebenjobs sind für mich die Verkörperung von allem, was mir an Lohnarbeit nicht gefällt, hier zeigt es sich besonders deutlich.
Ich habe eine Zeit in einem Freiluft-Kino gearbeitet, dies jedoch nur als Nebenjob, zu meiner ohnehin schon viel Zeit in Anspruch nehmenden Ausbildung, da es sich mit dem wenigen Geld, dass man in einer Ausbildung zur Verfügung hat, auch nicht gut leben lässt.
