Zudem sagte Rückert vom LKA Thüringen zu den Beziehungen zwischen den Beschuldigten aus, konnte aber keine Verbindung zwischen Hanna und anderen Beschuldigten herstellen.

Zunächst wurde eine Sprachverständige als Zeugin vereidigt und vernommen, die schilderte, wie genau sie beauftragt wurde und wie die Übersetzungsarbeit ungarisch-deutsch für das Gericht lief. Dann wurden Urkunden verlesen. Die erste war direkt die interessanteste: Der stellvertretende Präsident des Bundesamts für Verfassungsschutz hat persönlich ein Behördenzeugnis unterschrieben, in dem ausführlich mehrere Überwachungsmaßnahmen gegen „Angehörige im kriminellen Netzwerk Antifa-Ost“ im Zusammenhang mit Veranstaltungen in Leipzig beschrieben werden.
Ein Gefangener aus der sächsischen JVA Waldheim hat uns in einem Brief über die Willkür bei der Postkontrolle informiert. Der Knast argumentiert, dass aufgrund von sogenannten „neuen psychoaktiven Stoffen“ (NPS) Briefe kontrolliert werden müssen. NPS sind synthetische Rauschmittel, deren Handel und Verabreichung in Deutschland gesetzlich verboten sind. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass Briefe als Medium benutzt werden, um NPS in den Knast zu schicken, indem das Papier damit getränkt wird. Im Folgenden spiegeln wir den auf Indymedia veröffentlichten Artikel eines Gefangenen der JVA Aachen, der den Missbrauch durch Schließer in “BFE-Montur” in der JVA Aachen schildert. Er berichtet, Schlägen und Tritten ausgesetzt gewesen zu sein, während er am Boden lag, und Blutergüsse davon getragen zu haben. Der Gefangene bezieht sich in seinem Text auf die Missbrauchsfälle und Foltervorwürfe in der JVA Augsburg- Gablingen, den “womöglich größte[n] bayerische[n] Justizskandal der Nachkriegszeit”, siehe hier.
