Ein Strafbefehl war bereits ausgestellt, ein Gerichtstermin für den 6.11. angesetzt. Jetzt ist Verfahren ist eingestellt, es lief über zwei Jahre. Zur Innenminister:innenkonferenz in Berlin im Februar 2023 hatte die Kommunikationsguerilla „Gegen deutschnationale Polizeigewalt (GdP)“ rekordverdächtige über 100 Werbevitrinen der S- und U-Bahn-Stationen gekapert. In diesen platzierten sie eigene Plakate im Design einer Image-Kampagne der Polizei. Die Adbustings thematisierten Polizeigewalt, Rassismus und Abschiebungen. Weiterhin gibt es eine ernste humanitäre Situation in der Gemeinde Briceño in der Provinz Antioquia, wo sich bis zu 2000 Menschen aus ländlichen Gebieten zwangsweise in das Stadtgebiet begeben haben. Grund dafür sind Kämpfe zwischen der 36. Front der FARC-EP mit paramilitärischen Gruppen, die in dieses Gebiet vordringen. Die Gemeinde Briceño ist seit Jahren eine Bastion der Guerilla und nun versuchen Paramilitärs Einfluss in dem Gebiet auszuüben. Kämpfer der 36.
