Federal agents and US Park Police (themselves known to be vicious) swarmed Dupont Circle last night after someone snitched on a dance party for “noise.” Fortunately no arrests and no apparent attempts to detain people for ID/Citizenship checks. Had this been Latinx folks having a dance party, mass detention for “citizenship checks” would have been likely unless deterred by the threat of physical resistance from the crowd. ICE does tend to back off from camera wielding crowds and from crowds ready for a good fight.

Resistance Committee / dimanche 10 août 2025 Le 8 août, pendant qu’il contribuait à repousser une attaque de l’infanterie ennemie en direction de Zaporijjia, notre frère d’armes, David Chichkan, a été gravement blessé. Au petit matin du 9 août, son cœur s’est arrêté. David relevait chaque défi avec un dévouement inébranlable. Il ne s’est jamais caché derrière le dos des autres, ni n’a cherché refuge dans son capital social.
