Protest at Orlando TV 9 WFTV remembers six journalists murdered by IOF, demands end to corporate media complicity (Iron Snowflake)
On the 16th of August, pro-Palestine protesters gathered at the offices or Orlando’s WFTV (TV 9) television station. The protest and vigil remembered five al-Jazeera journalists murdered when Israel bombed their tent, plus an independent journalist found dead a month after disappearing. Protesters demanded that US media such as WFTV stop parrotting Israeli propaganda that has the effect of excusing the killing of journalists among so many other things. In particular, they need to start calling this genocide what it is: genocide.
