Ossietzkyplatz Nachbarschaftscafé – Rückblick und Ausblick 2025 ist einiges auf und um den Ossietzkyplatz passiert. Im Frühjahr haben wir den Bücherschrank aufgestellt, einige Wochenspäter folgte die Tischtennisplatte. Der Ossietzkyplatz fristet seit langem ein unbeachtetes Darsein; der Ossietzkyplatz in nicht Teil der groß angelegten „Witten soll schöner werden“-Kampagne. Zusammen mit Nachbarinnen und Nachbarn ist eine Interessensgruppe entstanden. Gemeinsam setzen wir uns dafür ein, dass der Ossietzkyplatz wieder zum Treffpunkt und Aufenthaltsort im Quartier wird. Nach Bücherschrank und Tischtennisplatte sind die Bänke dran. Gemeinsam mit der Stadtverwaltung haben wir uns darauf verständigt, dass die alten unbequemen Stahlbänke durch neue Holzbänke ersetzt werden. […]
