Queere Unterdrückung, damals wie heute Wir schauen einen Film über die Unterdrückung und daraus entstandene Subkultur queeren Lebens in den USA der 80er Jahren.Zwischen gesellschaftlicher Unsichtbarkeit und Ächtung, Rassismus und AIDS-Krise entsteht eine blühende Subkultur, welche sowohl zum Überleben dient, als auch zur Selbstentfaltung. Danach diskutieren wir über Queersness, historische Parallelen zum aktuellen Kulturkampf von rechts und wie wir dem entgegenwirken können.
