Ieri pomeriggio la polizia norvegese ha sequestrato per alcune ore il server che tenevamo in Norvegia e ha copiato tutti i dischi per una rogatoria internazionale proveniente dall’Italia. Molto probabilmente l’indagine riguarderà un singolo utente/sito/lista, ma questo non toglie che l’intero contenuto della macchina è stato copiato e che quindi, anche se in forma crittata, ora le vostre password non sono più in mani sicure. Per questo invitiamo caldamente tutti gli utenti di A/I (e non solo quelli che avevano la mailbox sul server norvegese) a cambiare la password della casella di posta e dell’FTP e a farlo fare a tutti quelli che sapete avere una mailbox e/o un sito con A/I.

Per cautela, abbiamo spostato su un’altra macchina tutte le caselle di posta che si trovavano sul server sequestrato: se non avevate scaricato la posta sul vostro computer e la vostra mailbox si trovava su Contumacia, ora la troverete vuota. Nei prossimi due o tre giorni recupereremo tutto il contenuto della vostra posta, ma speriamo che questo incidente serva a ricordarvi con più forza del solito che non è una buona idea lasciare i vostri archivi su un server che non potete controllare: anche se sui nostri server la posta è crittata, infatti, violare un codice di crittazione non è un’impresa da fantascienza.

Yesterday the Norwegian police seized for some hours our server in Norway and copied all disks following a judiciary request from Italy. Although it’s highly likely that this investigation concerns just one user/website/mailing list, the whole content of the box was copied, so, even if in an encrypted form, your passwords are not in safe hands anymore. Therefore, we warmly invite all our users (not only those who had their mailbox in the Norwegian server) to change your mail and FTP password and to recommend to do so to anybody you may know who has a mailbox and/or website with A/I.

As a precaution, we have moved to a different server all mailboxes that were kept in the seized computer: if you had not downloaded your mail to your private computer and your mailbox was located in this box, now your archive will be empty. In the next few days we will recover the whole content of your mailboxes, but we hope that this accident can help remind you more than ever that it is not a good idea to leave your archives in a server you cannot control: even if in our disks mailboxes are encrypted, violating a cryptation code is not a science fiction scenario.

Per inserire un embed all’interno di un post basta inserire nell’editor l’url del filmato o dell’mp3 che si vogliono condividere all’interno dei tag [embed][/embed].
Per specificare alcune opzioni, attualmente altezza e larghezza inserire i parametri width e height nel tag di apertura.

In questi giorni, alzando gli occhi al cielo avete osservato un bizzarro fenomeno astronomico? Avete scorto una scia luminosa e spinti dalla superstizione avete espresso un desiderio? Dev’essere andata così, perché a noi sono fischiate le orecchie e abbiamo deciso di metterci all’opera approfittando dell’esodo estivo.
I pochi rimasti a casa davanti al computer se ne saranno accorti: da un paio di giorni non si può pubblicare su Noblogs, ma questa è solo la cattiva notizia, quella temporanea. La buona è che finalmente abbiamo migrato i vostri blog da Lifetype a WordPress, una piattaforma di blogging molto più ricca e agevole da usare.
Aprendo il vostro blog avrete notato che qualcosa è cambiato: in particolare l’aspetto, ma niente paura—tutto il resto è rimasto uguale, e assieme ai contenuti abbiamo trasferito sulla nuova piattaforma anche le immagini e tutte le risorse. L’unica cosa che manca, perché purtroppo era proprio impossibile da trasportare, sono proprio i template, i modelli del vostro blog, ma su WordPress potete sceglierne di nuovi tutti ampiamente personalizzabili.
Se poi neanche quei template vi stanno bene e siete capaci di disegnarne uno, mandatecelo e lo inseriremo tra i template di Noblogs.

• Per modificare l’aspetto del blog, aggiungere nuovi contenuti e gestire tutto il resto, basta entrare nel pannello di admin con il solito nome utente e la solita password.
• Se non sapete come usare WordPress, trovate un manuale qui.
• Se notate la mancanza di post o risorse, segnalatecelo a info @ autistici . org
• Per qualunque tipo di problema, consultate il forum.

Ed eccoci al tasto dolente, perché se stiamo a migrare blog in pieno agosto invece di goderci le stelle cadenti, lo sapete, è perché ci piace farlo, non perché qualcuno di noi venga pagato.

NOBLOGS 2.0: Wishes come true

In these days, as you raised your head to the sky, have you noticed some weird astronomic phenomenon? Have you happened to see a streak of light and superstitiously wished for something? It must have been so, because our ears were ringing and we decided to get started with the migration to WordPress while everybody was on holiday.
Those of you who have stayed at home before their monitors may have realized it: in the last few days it hasn’t been possible to publish posts on Noblogs, but this is just the bad news, and it won’t last long. The good news is that we have finally migrated your blogs from Lifetype to WordPress, a richer and more usable blogging platform.
Those who accessed their blogs will have noticed that something has changed, particularly your layout, but don’t fear — everything else is the same as before, as we have moved all contents as well as images and resources. The only thing we unfortunately couldn’t migrate are the templates of your blogs, but in WordPress you’ll be able to choose a new one among the various highly customizable templates available.

• If you don’t find a fitting template and you are able to design your own, send it to us and we will add it to the standard Noblogs templates.If you wish to change your blog’s layout, to add new contents or to manage something else, just log into your admin panel with your usual user name and password.
